It is located in the town of Caleta de Fuste, on the eastern coast of the island Fuerteventura, at 12 Km from its capital Puerto del Rosario and at a distance of only 6 km from the airport. Being perfectly inserted into the natural landscape, it enjoys a privileged position only 700 metres from the beach.

There are 400 apartments and each will accomodate 4 people. They are all equipped with cable TV, kitchenette, a private terrace, safety deposit box, radio and direct dial telephone.
