Located in the central area of Alba Adriatica and just 500 meters from the sea, the property offers 2 joint swimming pools, one with water slide and one with hydromassage, garden with barbecue for common use, ping pong table, outdoor play area. Free Wi-Fi connection, luggage storage, private parking (unattended), shared laundry for a fee. The apartments are located in 3 buildings, completely renovated and equipped with a kitchenette.
Alba Adriatica rises on the Adriatic coast, in the province of Teramo, a few kilometers from the border with the Marches. It is known as one of the most famous seaside resorts on the Abruzzo coast and with the municipalities of Martinsicuro, Tortoreto, Giulianova, Roseto degli Abruzzi, Pineto and Silvi, represents one of the "seven sisters" of the Adriatic coast. It is also known by the name of "Spiaggia d'Argento" due to its wide and sandy coast with silvery shades and for its crystalline waters which are tinged with an intense blue during the warmer seasons. The sea of Alba Adriatica, with its clean seabed and crystalline water, slopes gently to allow even the children to bathe and play in the water in a safe way and in complete tranquility for their parents. It has been awarded several times with the Blue Flag and also with the Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club. The Guglielmo Marconi seafront that runs along it is equipped with a wide cycle path, one of the first built in this region, as an integral part of the Bike to Coast project relating to the only cycle path in Abruzzo.
